Step inside more than 250 years of American history. Our guided tours bring the Hermitage to life through the stories of the Rosencrantz and Prevost families, the people who shaped this remarkable home and witnessed the nation’s earliest chapters.
Join one of our knowledgeable docents for a one‑hour journey through daily life, Revolutionary‑era visitors, and the hidden details you won’t find in textbooks. Tours every Friday, Saturday & Sunday: 1:15 PM, 2:15 PM, 3:15 PM Admission: $10 Adults | $5 Children Children under the age of 5 are free |
Arrive 15 minutes early, tours depart promptly. Self‑guided tours are not available. Regular tours pause on special event days.
Accessibility Note: Due to the historic nature of the building, much of the house tour is not accessible for visitors with mobility impairments. The house includes stairs, narrow doorways, and uneven flooring. There is no elevator or ramp access to most interior spaces.
