History in Your Backyard
The Hermitage sits on 4.9 acres of property on the border of Waldwick and Ho-Ho-Kus, the cozy remains of a site that once spanned nearly 300 acres. Today, the grounds consist of the historic Hermitage house, the John Rosencrantz House, and our gardens. Parking is available on site.
The grounds are free and open to the public daily from 9:00am – 5:00pm.
